VIRGINIA REEL (Four couples longways set)

A popular form of this dance is:-

    A1 Lines forward and back, twice
    A2 Partners turn by right, left
    B1 Partners turn by 2 hands, dosido
    B2 1s galop down the set and back to place
    C1,2 1s strip the willow the bottom then lead back to the top
    D1 Lines cast to bottom 
    D2 1s arch, others under. All swing partners.

    A1 Lines forward and back, partners turn once by right hand
    A2 Lines forward and back, partners turn once by left hand
    B1 Lines forward and back, partners turn once using both hands
    B2 Lines forward and back, partners dosido
    C1 Top couple galop down the centre of the set and back up to place
    C2 Lines cast to bottom. 1s arch, others come under and lead back up the set
