When discussing your forthcoming event with us, it will help to have the following information available:-
Date of the event. If you can offer a choice of preferred dates, so much the better.
Location of the event. It's not essential to know exactly. Answers like 'Coventry', Wolverhampton' will suffice at this stage.
The reason for the party. Is it a wedding, birthday party, village social event, anniversary, PTA function, etc. ..?
The type of building in which the dance is to take place (village or school hall, hotel function room, marquee, outdoors, etc..)
The approximate number of guests expected to attend.
Will you be serving refreshments to your guests?
When do you anticipate the start and finish times for the dance part of the entertainment?
Will there be other activities during this dancing period? e.g. speech from the happy couple, raffle, refreshment break, etc.
